Aidan Thompson, originally from Sheffield, UK, began as an apprentice audio engineer at Steelworks Studios under the Grammy-award winner songwriter Eliot Kennedy. He honed his skills working 7 years as the Chief Engineer and Studio manager at Steelworks Studios based in Sheffield, England where he worked with a wide variety of solo artists and band projects. During his time at Steelworks, he was a core member of the Artist Development team, where he helped artists find their unique style and sound. His work caught the attention of the Alvarez Kings, who invited him to join the band as a songwriter and producer after collaborating on their single "Get Up and Move On."

 

Now based in Nashville, TN, Aidan splits his time engineering across multiple studios while focusing primarily on mixing for a diverse roster of independent artists, labels, and producers across genres
